Landvest Corporation manages and oversees commercial investment real estate, with Security Self Storage being the largest customer. Over the years Landvest's portfolio has included shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, and warehouse space. Today Landvest specializes in the management of Self-Storage facilities.

Landvest Corporation manages over 2 million square feet of self-storage space consisting of over 23,000 units. The 50 plus facilities are located in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. Landvest Corporation performs all aspects of management including accounting, budgeting, human resources, leasing, lien sales, revenue management, maintenance, site evaluations, and marketing strategies.
