Company History
Security Self-Storage has over thirty years experience as an owner and operator of high quality self-storage facilities.
Steve Clark and Bill Ard founded Security Self-Storage in 1979 when they developed their first self-storage in Wichita, Kansas. The purpose of this partnership was to develop high-quality, state-of-the-art self-storage facilities, located in quality infill locations.
Today, Security Self-Storage has expanded into 6 states, and those same founding principals have been used to develop more than 50 facilities.
